Learn the fundamentals of this style danced in North Africa and the Middle East, with roots in India. With Nisha Lall, in a welcoming and fun environment.

The session will focus on the traditional roots of the dance, the understanding of the music and the connection with the body, which makes this style both mesmerising and
empowering.

Session will be tailored to ages 14 and above but younger children welcome if supervised. Comfortable clothing and footwear recommended.
